Opening up GSM reference blog

I wasn't at the meeting where it was decided that we would set up a blog for GSM Reference, but I wanted to ask about the possibility of opening this up for all staff.

Reference Meeting minutes July 2 2008

Kid's desk telephone
Due to repeated abuse of the telephone use policy, different alternatives were discussed. It was felt that the most effective and least confrontational method would be to physically detach the handset when no one was at the desk and store the handset at the main Information Desk.

Newspapers/Magazines
Clerks will only check in ValueLine and Morning Star. All newspapers/magazines will be placed on the ref desk for us to label/stamp and shelve. Labels are in a folder in the bottom drawer of the filing cabinet at the ref desk.

Rec Mobile in Gresham

There are flyers in the lobby and a soon there will be a poster on the wall. As many of you know the Gresham parks don't have a lot of things going on. An organization call peopleforparksoregon.org is sponsoring activities in Gresham's parks this summer.
Monday-Friday at different locations-10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
